Refund Policy for F90 Services

At F90 Services, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality tutoring services, whether online or in person. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, we have established the following refund policy.

1. Cancellation/Rescheduling by the Student
Notice Required: Students must provide at least 1 hour notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session.  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. *Unless they were issued through the scholarships on the Step Up for Students website.  Those are non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests made at least hour before the session will be accommodated at no additional charge. Rescheduling with less than 1 hours' notice may incur a rescheduling fee.


No-Shows: If a student fails to show up for a session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

2. Cancellation by the Tutor
Notice Provided: In the event that the tutor needs to cancel a session, the tutor will provide as much notice as possible, with a minimum of 24 hours' notice where feasible.


Rescheduling: The tutor will work with the student to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.


Tutor No-Show: If the tutor fails to attend a session without prior notice, the student will receive a full refund

3. Emergency Cancellations
Both the student and tutor understand that emergencies happen. In the event of an emergency that prevents either party from attending a session, the cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of the tutor.

4. Recurring Cancellations
If a student frequently cancels or reschedules sessions (more than 3 times in a row), the tutor reserves the right to review the tutoring agreement and potentially discontinue services.

5. Communication
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made via text to ensure that they are received in a timely manner.

By engaging in tutoring services, the student agrees to adhere to this cancellation policy.

6. Package Refunds

If you have purchased a package of multiple sessions, you may request a refund for unused sessions within 30 days of purchase.

 

Used sessions will be charged at the regular (non-discounted) rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

7. Technical Issues

Online Sessions: If technical difficulties prevent the successful completion of an online session, please notify us within 1 hour. We will reschedule the session at no additional charge or provide a refund if a suitable rescheduling time cannot be found.

a. Consultation:
