Programs

     Before founding F90 Services, I was an elementary school teacher and instructional coach for teachers.  During the time I served in both public and private schools I had taken an interest in finding strategies and interventions that worked for each student, as well as those that were highly impactful for all learners.  Students who didn't "fit the mold" were the most rewarding to work with, their struggles were a puzzle that I have the honor of helping to solve.  I am excited to take my toolbox of strategies and skills from my experiences in and out of the classroom to help individuals across multiple settings.

     While navigating the 504 and IEP process as both a parent and a teacher I noticed how confusing and emotional it can be.  This led to a desire to help other families through the process of gaining services and/or accommodations that meet the student's needs.

Why F90 Services?  (F90 is the medical diagnosis code for ADHD.)  After being diagnosed with ADHD myself, I started relentlessly researching strategies to help with my own personal growth as well as those that would help my students who also had ADHD.  This created the passion that I have today for gaining as many tools as I can to help learners of all ages become as successful as possible.
